Working Places

After having successfully completed the international, interdisciplinary, and intensive ECN Master’s Programme, there is a high demand for our well-trained students, especially from scientific institutions and from the health sector.

Over 80 % of our students got PhD positions in research groups focussing on clinical neurosciences, for example at the University of Regensburg, at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, at the University of Konstanz, at the University of Heidelberg, at the Philipps-University Marburg, at the University of Leipzig, or at the University of Jena.

Moreover, our students gained attractive PhD positions at the Max-Planck-Institute of Psychiatry in Munich, at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Health in Munich, or at the Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology in Magdeburg.

In addition, our students received coveted PhD positions abroad, for example at the Queensland Brain Institute in Australia, at the Institute of Molecular Regenerative Medicine at the Paracelsus Medical University in Austria, or at the Cork Neuroscience Group at the University College of Cork in Ireland.
